3. Hydraulic system: adopting a dual pump dual circuit design, stable oil supply, fast response speed, and avoiding jamming during the pressing process. The main pump is responsible for high-pressure actions such as forming and pressurization, and the output pressure can reach 25MPa; The auxiliary pump is responsible for low-pressure actions such as mold opening and closing, fabric feeder rotation, etc., with an output pressure of 10MPa. The dual pumps work independently to avoid power loss and improve response speed.
4. Fabric system: Using a rotary fabric feeder, the fabric is evenly distributed and the speed can be adjusted to reduce raw material waste. It is also suitable for different particle sizes of raw materials (such as fly ash, sand, cement, etc.). The speed of the fabric tray can be adjusted by a variable frequency motor (10-30r/min), and combined with an inclined scraper plate, it can scrape the raw materials layer by layer into the mold, avoiding local shortage or stacking. The filling error of raw materials is controlled within ± 2%.
